Who we are
The company MetaTickTrader, [address]. Contact: info@metaticktrader.com.
What we collect
- Online demo account: your name, e-mail address and a password (stored only as an encrypted hash), the date you signed up, when you last logged in, and whether you asked for our newsletter.
- Orders and subscriptions: the plan you chose, the price, the order reference and date, whether it was paid, your subscription end date and how many times you downloaded the app. Payment details (card, bank) are handled by the payment provider or your bank and are not stored on this website. For USDT payments we store the transaction ID and the amount received; blockchain transactions are public by nature.
- License key: the key made for your plan, so you can see it again in your account.
- Security: to stop password guessing we briefly keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for failed login attempts. It is deleted after 15 minutes.
- In your browser only: your practice account, trades and chart drawings in the online demo are stored in your own browser (local storage). We don't receive them.
Why we use it
- To give you access to the online demo and, when you buy a plan, to the app download (our contract with you).
- To keep records of orders and payments, as the law requires for accounting.
- To send you news about MetaTickTrader, only if you ticked that box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Sharing
We don't sell or share your data. It is stored on our web host [name of your hosting company] in [country].
How long we keep it
Your account: until you ask us to delete it, or after [24] months without a login. Order and payment records: as long as accounting law requires (usually [10] years).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by e-mailing info@metaticktrader.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Cookies
The online demo uses one essential cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
